Jill Stanton

Healing from trauma while strengthening faith, relationships, and resilience.

Jill is passionate about helping people discover their own God-given resilience and move toward healing, wholeness, and hope. She provides a warm, compassionate space where clients can feel seen and supported while working through trauma, anxiety, relationship concerns, and major life transitions.

Her work is especially informed by attachment, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and EMDR. Jill has experience supporting ministry families, mothers, parents, couples, and women navigating pregnancy and postpartum anxiety or depression. She also understands the distinct pressures faced by first responders and their families.

Jill integrates Christian faith when clients desire it, while respecting each person's background and goals. She approaches counseling collaboratively and helps clients build practical skills, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with the parts of life that matter most.
